Help with Anxiety

Most people experience anxiety at some point in their lives. For some, however, it can escalate into panic attacks and a constant state of discomfort. For some, anxiety comes on suddenly, while for others it develops over a period of time. It is made worse by the expectancy of it. Often people are not sure what is causing them to feel that way.

Success

hypnotherapy? The major component for change is imagination. If you can imagine something and you want it, you most likely will achieve it. An athlete would achieve it by crossing the line first, a golfer by seeing the ball drop into the hole, a boxer by hearing the roar of the crowds.

Everyone can do it and practice this visualisation process. At first you need to know what it is that you want to achieve or own. Maybe you want to get a new job, imagine someone congratulating you on your new job, feel, see, hear what this would be like. Maybe you want your house to be clutter free. Imagine walking through the house and feel how good the emptiness feels.

When you practise this on a regular basis you will find that you feel better, that you have more motivation. Hypnotherapy helps clients bring about certain feelings, thoughts, sensations and behaviours and by practising imagination while in trance makes it a very strong process, one that will also increase motivation. If you expect something to happen, it will, whether it be wanted or unwanted. It happens because you have convinced yourself that it will happen.

Breakup Heartbreak

It seems unbelievable what impact heartbreak can have on your life. Something that was perfect the day before, or last month or maybe a year ago can now be completely empty and meaningless. Heartbreak is powerful and at some point it isn’t just an emotion any longer, not something you ‘have to go through’.

Panic Attacks

panic attacks help cure hypnosisAnybody who’s ever been so scared that they thought they might die knows what it feels like having a panic attack. It’s a dreadful feeling; ones heart will be thumping and there is great fear.

In many cases people have no idea what the cause of the attack may be. It seems to come out of the blue for no apparent reason and it is a very frightening experience. Hypnotherapy can be a great help when dealing with panic attacks and anxiety.

Mostly, though not always, a panic attacks begins with a feeling of fear or panic which is then rapidly followed by a number of physical symptoms. These can be nausea, intense sweating or palpitations. It is so terrifying that breathing often accelerates and so adding more symptoms. The attacks themselves can be short-lived but can also come and go for a much longer length of time. They are terrifying for the person who suffers but they are not life threatening though it may feel like it.
Clients describe their symptoms in various ways. Here are some that I hear about frequently: feeling sick, feeling dizzy, chest pain, head hurts, shortness of breath, heart thumping, sweating. The reasons for a panic attack is always great anxiety and of course a fear of dying.

Sometimes the reasons for these attacks are known or clients remember when they started and what triggers them often though they seem to come from nowhere. Hypnotherapy can certainly help find out the root causes and release them.

Hypnotherapy is extremely effective when working with anxiety and panic attacks. Rather than just giving suggestions which is what usually happens in a hypnotherapy session we will always aim to release the underlying root causes. Nobody is meant to suffer panic attacks or anxiety, so there should be no need to manage these attacks but simply eliminate them. It is easy to give a client advice on how to breathe, how to avoid triggering substances and of course reminding them that even though it feels bad there is no physical danger. However, this means nothing to somebody who suffers pain and fear and is constantly worried that it may happen again. The best thing to do is to work on the underlying causes and release them. I have done many, many sessions and it is life changing.

Anxiety Treatment in Hull

PHOBIAS use HypnotherapyThe majority of clients in Hull and Beverley I see come to me for help with anxiety or even panic attacks. While many of these clients have seen counsellors and been to the doctor they were left feeling the way they did before they sought help. While talking to somebody about your feelings and worries, etc. can be very helpful it isn't always the answer to a deep-seated anxiety problem. In fact it usually isn't. Some fears are so deep and some issues stem from a long time ago that they simply can’t be talked away.

In addition to this many people have no idea why they feel the way they do. In other cases they know exactly when they started feeling anxious but still can’t stop feeling that way.

While working with me in hypnotherapy we will nearly always work on the underlying root causes, no matter whether they are known or not. There are different ways of working with it and I have a very high success rate in terms of releasing and softening anxiety-based issues. Problems that have been there for years often can be shifted in a short space of time under hypnosis.

Clients leave feeling much lighter, better than they've felt for a long time. Anxiety isn't something that should be managed as we don’t have to live with it in the first place. Hypnotherapy can help you to live your life freely and easily.

If you live in Hull, Beverley or East Yorkshire contact me today to book in a session to move forward with me "Sabine Stone".

Fears/Phobias, Lack of confidence or Depression and physical pain

Here we have a list of problems that we fixed for clients by identifying the root cause of a problem they had.

Fears/Phobias

Many clients I see are afraid of flying. Jonathan came to me with the same problem. He had tried to fly and left the plain twice when there was still a chance to get out. In his case the fear wasn't so much of flying but being in a small space.  It turned out that when about 11 years old a friend as a joke had locked him into a coal bunker (only for a couple of minutes). In trance he could release this fear and is now able to fly and enjoy himself.

Lack of confidence

Not feeling confident is a very common issue and the causes are different for each person. The girl ‘Helen’ had always felt shy, not daring to speak up and out of place. In her case we worked on childhood issues but also on a past life in which she was unwanted and treated badly. In that particular life she was punished for speaking up and ended up in prison.  Helen’s life improved dramatically after that session.

Depression and physical pain

Michael came to me because he simply didn't know what else to do. He suffered with depression and had done so for many years. We worked on experiences that happened when he was a teenager but also on a couple of past lives when he was killed by being hung.  The interesting thing about Michael’s session was that it completely cleared the pain in his neck he had had as long as he could remember. He now feels free and can move his neck as it is supposed to move.
